Chicago Recovery Plan

Gavin is the architect of the Chicago Recovery Plan. He designed 17 climate projects amounting to $188 million in direct investment from the City of Chicago (the largest investment of its type in city history). Gavin is actively project managing several of the projects, including: single-family and multifamily decarbonization, decarbonization of non-profit buildings, and a climate infrastructure grant fund.
